Following the call for proposals COMM C2/01/2013 – aiming to support organisations with European outreach which, through their permanent, usual and regular activities, make a tangible contribution to the objectives of the ‘Europe for Citizens’ programme – the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency selected in 2014 European public policy research and civil society organisations – based in the EU Member States – for a 4-year Framework Partnership Decision (2014-2017).
The Call mentions that Applications from other countries (namely the EFTA countries, the acceding countries, candidate countries and potential candidate countries) are eligible for operating grants in 2015, provided that Memorandum of Understanding/International Agreements between those countries and the European Commission enter into force in 2014.
For the time being, no country is in such situation; however negotiations are advanced with Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.
